Re: What happened to me

As Salah said, You have successfully Projected.

Anyone can achieve Astral Projection in Seconds, if they concentrate properly.
Somehow you did it.
From my experience, I used to project in few seconds after I sleep and sometimes after few hours. It depends on how much you are concentrating and how much you are willing to.

You had the experience for only 5 secs because you may be excited which broke your projection or because you are new you were not projected for more time. Projecting to Astral Plane is pretty Easy, But staying long is the hard thing :)

Feel free to ask your questions :)

Praveen

theblackrabbitofinle, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I don't think the original posted projected. He might have tapped into his superconscious through just meditation and received a vision.

Echo, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

My first conscious astral projection happened in five minutes. I had never even heard of projection at that point. I was in my bed with the lights on not meaning to fall asleep and I had looked at the clock..next thing I know, I'm outside my condo complex and I start floating back through the walls back to my body and wake up. Only five minutes had passed, and I didn't do any exit technique, or felt any vibrations.

No no, he projected, definitely.
It's a form of projection which Robert Monroe stumbled upon which he termed "phasing".

It's the form of projection which I teach mostly as well.  It's basically summed up as you being "here"... then you feel a shift of some kind... and then you're "there" (there being some reality frame identified as not being this physical reality).

It *can* be done really fast if all the conditions are just right, which is seemingly what occurred here.  :)  Congrats!

Generally, in my experiences, with this kind of projection you don't usually get vibrations of any sort.  But then, it's also a unique and personal thing... so what you'll experience is really up in the air.  ;)
