Was this an astral experience?

So last night I believe I had my first astral experience, but I am not sure. It could just be a dream but I am curious. I didn't try to project or nothing just lay in bed talking to my brother before we both passed out, which didn't take long. This is where it gets interesting.

For some reason me and my brother where at this house in a car, waiting for someone. Suddenly this person appears out of nowhere like they just fell from the sky. This person was in a female form, she looked at me and said these exact words. Hello Earthling, I looked her up and down and said hello. She came closer as I asked her if she was an alien, to which she replied yes.

Well at this point I am curious if she was one of my spiritual guides that was an alien, or an actual alien who visited me in the dream state. Anywho I looked at her and asked a stupid question, was there other intelligent life forms, she replied yes. I went on to ask if the government actually went to the planet serpo, she replied with a flat out no. I had asked this question before any other question, I asked these words. Are you an alien or just some human trying to troll me? She said she was an alien and when I asked to see her alien form she told me it would freak me out so she took up this human form for the time being.

She told me that if I wanted the answers to my questions, that I should find the answer my self. She looked at me and instantly I was warped into space, just floating there. I was out there in space, looking around I could see distant stars and galaxies. Her voice was in my head telling me to fly and look around. So I flew around and left our home galaxy. I could see countless galaxies, asteroids. It was just so beautiful, I wish I could have been there forever. I flew close to planets and could see them, one was big and black, with some sort of blue energy flowing around it. She told me this, when you die you can choose to come back to physical form. She showed me a planet with beings that looked like a lot like dwarfs. She said this you could come back as one of these guys, I asked her if there where beings that looked like elves and she showed me what they looked like.

She also told me I could come back as a regular human, or I could just stay like this and explore, watch life and do pretty much anything I wanted in spiritual form. I started flying towards Earth, and she said something that I rather not put on here, due to it being a tad personal. But I replied to her answer with a yes. I started floating down towards my body and soon was back in it. She looked at me and gave me a necklace, which I am sad to say do not have with me or know where this amulet is. SHe gave it to me and said use this if you ever wish to come out and visit again.

So I know it was quite long of a post, but was this an astral experience or just a dream that my brain conjured up? Super curious, any body?
