Was my experience Astral, Etheric, or something else??

Hello ! Here is a recent experience I had w/some background:
- I am new to this but have ZERO Fear / none.
- I consciously strive to CREATE my reality w/spiritual study AND 20+ daily auto-suggestions - While none of my auto-suggestions have to do w/Projection or Lucid dreaming...a couple are about spiritual abilities.

--The Experience(s) --
One mo. ago as drifting off to sleep, I felt the electrical buzz in my body - which I experience ALL THE TIME- and that is NOT new for me, but..IN ADDITION I got the NEW sense I could control or "rev up" the buzz w/my mind using a combination of FEELING/VISUALIZING my rotating Merkabah  - so that is what I did (nothing more ) while still IN BODY. I mentally rev'd up my bodily electricity 1/2 way, twice. I intentionally only did it half-way to see if my sense was correct I could actually control it. I could. Pleased that I was successful .. I then simply went to sleep WITHOUT OBE.

Then, one week ago while again in hypnagogic/half-conscious sleep state lying in bed (in United States), I felt the same sense I could rev up the BUZZ feeling and this time I did by consciously WILLING/FEELING my merkabah to spin at LIGHT SPEED.

After 3-5 secs things really started to buzz tremendously and just as I had my LAST conscious thought ("..at Light Speed") I suddenly went thru a bubbled wall-like barrier & appeared over an English countryside traveling alongside, but well above, a commuter train. I was floating it seemed (not sure if I had a body or not - I was viewing the scenery)

Now, I said "English countryside" above because the VERY moment the scene emerged.. I simply had the knowing thought "train outside London England" -I didn't even have time to ask myself where this scene was!

My "sense" was the scene was real. It felt clear & life-like (not surreal), but the experience only lasted 5-10 seconds. I think it stopped once I wondered in my head if I needed to keep spinning my energy to stay above the ground LOL (but there was no fear)

Anyhow, do you think this was an Etheric/Astral Projection or something else?? Once I came back into my body I was awake. - The experience was not dream-like. I never felt like I had gone to sleep. My belief/feeling is that a spirit guide injected the location info into my head. (I only say this because before either of these experiences I had "dream" where a guide was clearly showing me how to levitate.. and I did.)

Thanks for your feedback! ;)

Psionic Man, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Addendum: ( i had to omit some info from orig post due to char constraint - so it is BELOW)

  • i cured ADD in 2 days with auto-suggestions in 2013 (after 25 years of some struggle) - so my ability and success in using auto-suggestions is very high now.. due to my strong BELIEF.

  • i had a full "spiritual" or kundalini or "Ascension" awakening 2 weeks after curing ADD - so feeling an electrical buzz has been common since then.

  • i do physical spinning exercises religiously to develop Chakras and/or Merkabah spin control - looks like it may have worked..

  • in the last few months I have had multiple, unique sleep-related experiences of spiritual/psychic nature
including Telempathic thoughts going through head as I wake (vs. NORMAL thoughts we have like "oh I just had a dream" -
The Telempathic thoughts are distinctive in being SUPER-INTELLIGENT and have a AMAZING PROFOUND FEELING associated with them.. the quality of thought is beyond human (most likely, a higher source of some form embedding thoughts in my head VIA my higher mind .. ).

I also awakened once to an actual VOICE in my head. Clairaudience-type stuff. The voice said "Leave the country. You're GOING INSANE!" (no.. just jokin there. LOL) .. but I did hear a crystal clear, beautiful female voice.

.. and just earlier TODAY I turned off the Wisconsin/Arizona NCAA game at halftime to take a nap with Arizona ahead by 3. And as I awoke there was the specific thought in my head that Wisconsin won by 1 point. (not the most mind-boggling thing.. but interesting - they did win by 1)

Anyhow, this is really about the "London" Astral-like experience.

Thanks for any response / insights on it!
