Yes, you can read the 5th post of this thread :)
But the pain wont be there after waking up or after I astral project.
Lets take the buzzing sound as an example, from my birth, till that day, I haven't heard any sound that intense.
Buzzing was new to me and it was really very intense than any sound I have heard ever, so it made me think that the buzzing is hurting me, but in reality it is not. Its just an illusion that my mind created to get out of it. But I used to feel that pain, my only motive is to astral project. I took the pain and I astral projected. So when I wake up after astral projection, I didn't have any pain. So, from my point of view, the pain which is created while we are projecting is our mind's illusion to avoid it.
Why should our mind make an illusion of pain ?
As of my research, all these paranormal experiences are new to us and this is not what we are having it from our birth like the physical experiences. Even in physical experiences, our mind try to trick us or try to create illusions sometimes. for example: Let us say, if you are given with a work by someone else and you don't like to do it, you will just try to find some reasons to avoid it. But if you are interested, you wont give any reason. right ??
This is what happens, our mind is practiced with normal sleep. but now we are trying to wake our mind even in our sleep. Of course it will struggle to avoid it for some days, once it gets practiced, it will never try avoid it :)
Now I don't get any pain when I'm hearing the buzzing sound, even if I get, I concentrate more on exit from my physical body and avoid the pain.
Just try this, if you have pain in you right hand, tell someone to stomp your left leg harder, you will forget the pain in the right hand and you will concentrate more on the left leg. So for sometime there will be no pain on your right hand :)
This is what you should do, shift your thoughts only on astral projection, just avoid the pain :)
This will not completely avoiding the pain, This is like you should accept that there is pain and you should move on.
If you are like "oh!! I'm having pain, I'm having pain" then you will stay in the same pain and you don't get the awesome experiences.
So, Accept the pain and move on..................
Feel free to comment on the above :)
