Today's Sleep paralysis experience raises question

Posted almost 11 years ago , by Greencandyjane

I have astral projected only very few times and have not been attempting it lately. Ever since I feel as if I can sence presences but I never actually see anything.

First question: Does astral projection open your mind to the non physical in your day to day life?

I've also had sleep paralysis before only a handful of times thought my life. But when it happens and gets creepy I am not scared cause until this point I've always thought that the voices or chest pressure were just part of being half asleep and half awake. Think again...

Today I was sleeping with my boyfriend. We were cuddled up and I was half awake. I felt rlly realaxed so I was going to start counting and see if I could get to a vibrate state. Lately I've been too emotional to feel safe projecting. But I want to practice so I will just try and vibrate sometimes. So I'm on my side and hear a voice directly in my ear. Couldn't tell if it was evil but I don't think it was good either. It said 2 different phrases. The whole time I'm not even paying attention to it. I halfway listened to the first phrase cause it came out of nowhere and was a suprise. I knew that if I listened to what it said I might just Freek out and be stuck in paralysis. So I didn't. I don't think it touched me but I could feel what felt like a bubble of its energy. And as it moved I felt where it was going. Sota went real close to my shoulder. A window was open and I think it came from there.
I wiggle my toes and wake up though some work. My boyfriend was also waking up. I asked if he heard that. And at this point I remember him saying yes and something about a window. and then I don't know how but we fell back asleep after a while.

I asked him again later cause I couldn't tell if it was a dream or not but he said "I don't even know" and didn't want to talk so I'm guessing it did happen.

So my second question is has anyone ever felt a presence in that crazy bubble feeling I described.
