Thanks to Astral Projection & Meditating I think i'm going crazy.

Ok! So most of you coming to the post think oh your not crazy... BUT I THINK I AM! After i started trying to do this i see thing. Like my friends phone was on silent and i saw it go off in his pocket... And i also here stuff.. Like when i was walking into my house i head "Hello, Jonathan!" I was like WTF. And i dnt know anyone around where i live because its farther away from my school. I think im going crazy. And one night i heard a little girl crying... I'm getting scared.. Anyone know whats going on?

your not alone. I sometimes hear some one calling me but i dont see anybody. An when i fall asleep in class and suddenlly awake i sometimes see my teacher's aura and she looks like she has been split into two.

Yes, When I wake up after astral projection or from a nightmare, I used to see some spirits in my room :)
It usually fades slowly :)

Its occurs bro, it happened to me too , read my off topic board about my house , same thing happened to us , and i overcome it ,being feared by the dark is too boring

Tushi, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I remeber one time i was closing my eyes ... I was small back then .. Like 4 years ago
I felt complete darkness i saw also blackness .. Then i suddenly open my eyes .. And i saw this old lady coming at me .. I Panicked but then she faded away
She looked like she was only scaring me
I didnt know about astral stuff back then
I dont know what is that till now
