Talking dark entity?

I have been toying with astral projection again and this morning I woke to someone entering my room, I was in a state of sleep paralysis and I knew what was coming. I braced myself and was aware I was not alone. Then a dark low voice as clear as day whispered "hello poppet" it was quite freaky but I remained calmed and tried projecting but failed and just sat up in my bed...but on my way up i saw someone stood next to my bed dressed in white. Can anyone answer if these bad entity's can talk? Much appreciated
