Last night was one of my first times astral projecting... Well i almost astral projected... But when i was in the vibrational stage it felt like someone was holding my hand. Their was that sensation that someone was holding my hand. Ive astral projected in my moms room before by accident... (i had a night terror about this scaled red pig guy....) anyway. this was a few nights after that incident. but i astral projected and i don't member having that sensation at all. in face i remember have a good time. Other then the fact their were 2 people standing in the room i astral projected in ... it was quite strange and foreign to me. Any ways another thing though is that it happened twice that night. and when i was leaving my body. it was white everywhere and you know how it feels like the worlds shaking? well it stopped and went 100% silent but creepy... i was just wondering what this could be. i felt it was a bad idea to astral project and went back into my body..... sorry if i have bad grammar English isn't my first language

I think the first time when you astral project, you projected into the lower energy levels, that is why you saw some creepy creatures. Try to increase your energy and get into higher energy level, there you wont find any creepy creatures :)
The two people near your bed, Actually I don't know who they are :P
You can search the forum, I think I have seen some posts with the same experience :)
When you project into higher energy levels, you sometimes your find completely white around you. It's because of the higher energy over there. Like how you experience black everywhere in lower energy levels :)
