Rip in space opened up spilling out vibrant blue light on me after I had 1st run in with astral parasite

1st of all I have no clue what im doing but I do know im doing things fast. I admit I need to read more on this, just winging it is probably dangerous.

Randomly started astral projection a bit ago(after tryin/doing remote viewing for a bit). Took a few sessions to get some sort of steering down.

Yesterday had 1st run in with astral parasite(didn't even know those things existed). Well almost immediately after I stupidly let this parasite on me, a rip or slit opened up in space spilling out the most vibrant blue light/energy on to me. Idk what that was?

After my session. My pearl very very clearly lets me know something is wrong. I googled my senses and images and physical pains coming to me. Boom turns out its astral parasite. Do the shower thing get rid of parasite. But this vibrant blue energy that spilled on to me is still there. Its on my pearl/point of consciousness too. Im not sensing any dangers from it. Just want to know what it is?
