Pregnancy sign during ap?

I was in astral projection and in my mind I just saw my name and the words "12 weeks with son" Im not pregnant, but I'm wondering if it is a sign for something?

Hmmm, strange. May I know little more details. As far as I know, unless you ask question in astral plane you will not get any signs like these. It might be a lucid dream. Please elaborate a little about the experience, where I can help you with this.
