astro projection doesnt seem like a skill I could acquire over night/ should I start with lucid dreaming first? then transition over to astro p?? all thoughts shared aprrcated
Hi Lucidman, You can start with lucid dreaming initially, which will help you achieve sleep paralysis easily.
But this way is bit unstable, but this will help you understand how astral projection works, later you can start working on astral projection easily.
