Hello everyone, I’ve been into astral for awhile now but have never done it on purpose. It happened to me by itself like 3 times early in the morning. So the last time was today’s morning, I went in and out of body 4 or 5 times, can’t remember. I was fully aware of it but it was still hard to move around and remember the experience. The strange thing is I was moving in my bed not sleeping, then when I led on my back it happened instantly, I felt sleep paralysis flew out through the ceiling in a matter of 5 seconds, then woke up, moved a bit and it happened again like 3/4 times. This happens to me every time I project, I can lye for hours with an intention to project and nothing happens but sometimes it just gets me like that. My question is did anyone have alike experiences? Or just your opinion on this in general, any advise is favorable. Thank you, peace.
From lucid dreams I’ve been projected instantly. I was hopping on rooftops, then suddenly went through a roof, through all layers of the earth, out the other side, shot into space and became a star. That all happened instantly, like something sucked me right out of my dream.
