So I haven't been aware or been able to have lucid or astral experiences in a while, but I thought that joining a forum might help...and reading about all of your wonderful experiences had really seemed to put me back in the right direction. Last night I had an experience that seemed different from the others I've had...no buzzing that I was aware of anyways...it was definitely beginning from a sleep state but it did seem to be very real. I don't remember this as feeling like a dream at all. I was actually completely aware. I actually had the feeling of waking up and going into my bathroom with the intent of getting ready to go to work or go out someplace. I picked up my hairspray and nothing came out when I tried to spray it. I shook it and found it to be empty which I thought was really strange and wrong and I actually stood there and questioned how that could possibly be. This morning I actually put hairspray on my shopping list as this experience felt so real...it felt like a real experience and not a dream experience. When I went into the bathroom a bit ago I picked up my hairspray bottle to throw it away and it was full. It was full, and in my night experience I questioned it being empty because I knew it should be full. It literally felt like I'd just sat up and gone into the bathroom and that I was fully awake last night. It has made me question other similar middle of the night wakings. I do get up in the middle of the night often. I get up to go check on my daughter who is a toddler. Sometimes I get up and just stand in the doorway and watch her sleeping. I have never questioned whether or not I was awake. I assumed that I was. But this morning I thought, "who wakes up in the middle of the night to get up and watch someone else sleep?". Could it be that I've been having these experiences without really being aware of it? Has anyone ever had an experience or experiences that seemed like a wakeful act, but have found later that it wasn't? Seriously, after my experience in the bathroom last night I'm questioning my sanity. Is it possible for this OBE or astral state or dream state to feel like a real experience?
Well yeah! , maybe those random things , but it still happens like what happened to me , Also in astral you are just a soul and you cant touch anything , so i just think its a lucid :)
