I usually see some spirits even when my eyes are open

Loads absolutely loads, i may struggle with astral projecting from time to time, but in other areas of my spiritual life i have had encounters of many kinds before my physical eyes, my favorite one was two years ago i encountered something very powerful in my bedroom, i was paralyzed but not from sleep, but by being in its presence, because it wanted me to feel it but this was something more physical yet strange, a shadow creature of some kind, a huge one, it could extend its arms at any length, and was able to mind control me despite me not showing any fear what so ever, but i dont think that it was there to scare me, i hope not at least, it was implanting thoughts into my head, which i could feel, and it reached out its long arm onto my wrist, it was then when i truly knew it was real, because where its hand was on my wrist, in that particular area my blood started getting clotted, like when you put a rubber band or string round your wrist which if tight enough stops or hinders the blood flow or something, anyway as i stared into this creature it was like staring into a starless space, empty, but was somehow beautiful to me at the same time, after it implanted the thoughts into my head it left my room by passing through the walls, and i was normal again as soon as it left the room, for its presence was no longer there. Now if you are thinking of shadow people, i can also tell you that i am confused if this was a shadow person, because i have seen two other shadow people before, one in a forest, and another in an old building walking down the hallway, but these encounters felt different, as so was there presence, what ever that was in my room it was big and confusing to me, but seemed to be friendly of some sort, by the feeling i had anyway. Most encounters i have had usually happen in my bedroom, spirit guides have manifested and have often shifted me through different planes back and forth in such little time for fun, i can feel them physically as well, also they are very friendly. I have seen a headless man sit on one of my chairs and a golden spirit of some kind hover outside my window, i started seeing all this after my encounter with the shadow creature in my bedroom, it fascinates me a lot with all the different types i have seen and wonder that when i get a better hold in the astral plane i will get more info on them. What i just mentioned are a few of my experiences, i have had a lot but just picked out those ones, and all of them i had my eyes opened of course.

I encountered a demon that lived inside me when i was small , and the only way i could get it out of me was with a shaikh ( shaikh is a muslim priest ) , when it got out of my body it left a burning mark into my back , its a long mark but its not big , its growing with me as i grow , i can show you praven if you want to see it but i can send it to you only in private because i would feel bad of i post it in public , anyways praveen, that demon was living inside me from 4 years untill i became 8 , and when i was around 5 years and sleeping inside my own room , i remember that he was touching me ( shocking my body ) , i was feeling that i want to kill my mom and shes just a bitch and dosent deserve to live while shes so good and cute with me! And i keep resisting and covering inside my blanket because of these ideas and whenever i try to sleep it sends a shock to my body and i wake up , i ended up sleeping around 2 AM daily unless i let me mom sleep with me or i sleep with her , untill the shaikh got him out of me i became normal again , so telling me that you see demons isint strange for me , and you probably asking about this because you dont know one thing (( Demons can become visible if they want to )), but they perfer to stay hidden because once you see them you will fire them out your house with priests  , demons can be visible praven! Keep it in your mind

Also when i quit astral projection 3 days ago ( return to my body i mean ) i been seeing a huge black spider on the wall but she vanishes after 15-10 seconds when my mind totally become consious , and for your information , when you enter your body in astral you lose the control of your astral power but it didnt get inside you exactly!! It is getting inside your body but it didnt get inside yet! , so most people sees demons when they return from astral immedietly but they vanish after around 20 seconds , because sometimes the whole astral gets inside you but your head or third eye is still outside your physical head this is why you see them , thanks for reading this reply anyways as its very long :p

This is really interesting. I have had such nightmares even before I got to know about the Astral Projection, From my childhood. I would see some spirits when my eyes are open or I could see people(real people as well as spirits) in my room even with my eyes closed.

Sebastian , Yes the spirit which I had mentioned didn't harm me. But in another experience, it was like shadow with some parts of red in color. It was just near to my mom and I remember now that, It said "Get Out" to me and pulled my hand too. I was like "who the hell you are" and started shouting in the middle of the night. Then my mom woke and she woke me up.

As stated above, demons have the power to let themselves be seen (this happens with me). Another more probable explanation is that you are psychic by birth (this will allow you to astral project while fully awake, so dual consciousness but do this when you are alone because people who are unaware will think you are weird otherwise). It seems that these are just ghosts at the moment though so it is something you can easily solve by asking your energies to shield and ban. I also will point that shielding when you are still new, and without astral friends does have it's side effects. Many ghosts, and demons of different levels will surely be attracted by the shield (the shield shines), and they can even potentially break it. So my suggestion (even though it's been 5 years, lol) is make some astral friends. Be very sure that they are not demons in disguise, and keep in mind that the astral world is an extreme of the 3 dimensional one.
