i need help reaching vibrational

I put on binrual beats after 10 min my body gets numb and nothing More ive been trying on one hour binural beats to reach vibrational state what am i doing wrong am i supose to amptempt rope method while im numb en till the Vibrations kick in? And my eyes always opens when im lying down and listening to binural beats but i assume its no problem cus am still numb and so ive never reached vibrational state help

Don't open your eyes fam. Wait until 5-10 minutes before you imagine the rope. Then you pull yourself out. Boom astral projection.

The rope might work sometimes, but if it doesn't then imagine yourself floating up and reaching out with your soul without moving at all. I know it might sort of confusing but just think of your spirit reaching out all you to use is imagination. Peace Peace
