Yes, you can heal people whom you want to. It's like Reiki. But here, you actually astral project to their place and heal them. I know few people who do this.

Please could Y9u ask for help in healing my sister. I am trying to astral project but am stuck because I fear too much from bad experiences as a child of shadow people. My sister is just 30. She has four kids and lost her partner on a family holiday suddenly four years ago. She has now been diagnosed with a terminal cancer. It's slow but is terminal. I'd love to be able to help her if I can oversee my fear but have been trying and experienced a demon in sleep paralysis and now am too scared.
