When I laydown on my bed and think about a energy going out of my body after couple of mins I see a light above my eyes but my eyes are closed. Then I feel I have control over a energy that comes from the inside. From there iam not getting further has this someting to do with astral body coming out or not?
Thanks for your reply. Probably I have found the solution I read a review from a woman and here experiences wih astral projection.
She was also talking about failed astral projection, that you feel a energy but nothing happens. Probably you already in the astral plane but you only have to move your body.
You have dreaming and you have astral projection, and astral projection is really like you stepping out of your bed. So probably next thing when I feel this energy and hear this tintling sound I'm already there I just need to move my body which feels like you moving your muscles.
I just don't if I'm ready to see my body that's just some next level sh*t, when I was younger I also had crazy experiences with demon like stuff I don't know if I'm ready to see crazy creatures standing in my hall or attacking me. I don't what do you think?
