Hi ok i was in my bed. door was closed/locked lights was out and my small tv next to my bed was on. My air condition would turn on and off depending on the temperature. while sleep i herd my air condition turn on and and about a second later i found my self in a different room by the air conditioner! In the room i saw my lamp on and my dad walking steping in the house(that room was obviously the living room). The moment he steped in the door i felt strong fear. He began walking toward me slowly. I knew from that very first moment he was a spirit and i told my self be calm it can b a good spirit and dont show it fear. The very exact moment i started depressing my fear i felt my self myself back by my bed over it. I felt someone pulling my by my waist!! i tried to say jesus but the moment i tried i felt something stabing me in the back like th elower back of my spine. It was EXTReemlY loud zaps. zap, zap, zap, zap, zap, ... it felt like electric spears being shot at my back. I saw colors like red blue and green. I can SEE flashes!!! I can hear everything. I was screaming help help i could not move! no matter how hard i tried. THen i told myself NO! I WILL NOT RUN! and i turn around? which that was very confusing to say i couldnt move. I turned around and started Throwing Punches at full speed so fast trying to face what was causing it. THen i woke up. I couldnt see who i was punching at and couldnt see that i was atcually out of my body but it 100percent felt like i was. ive had a few experience before but nothing like this. any answers??
Welcome Light :)
I read your experience, I think you had Astral Projection unknowingly. Nice.
I think the one who was pulling your had was your spirit guide.

Maybe the electric effect is just a energy passing through your body. Don't be afraid. These are some usual experience when someone starts Astral Projection. Just go on.
Try once again and let me know your experience once again :)
I have also had astral projection without going through the process of meaning to do it. With me it would happen almost immediately after laying down. I'd still feel awake and get the vibrations and then whoosh, I'd be there. In these I also had very unsettling experiences similar to your own where an entity would be sitting on my chest staring at me while I was paralyzed. On the flip side, when I'd go through a meditation state and do it purposefully, it was always fine and I had quite a bit of control. I really should have started with a meditation every time I laid down! I do believe it was helpful to be aware of what was going on and to clear my mind and body of the bad. When I would purposefully go into this state, I'd imagine myself breathing in a bright light, and breathing out a cloud of bad energy to help me relax. When I did this I never had a bad experience. When I'd lay down for a regular nap without doing this, it was always terrifying when I'd astral project on accident.
Hi Kelly,
The one which you explained about breathing in a bright light and breathing out a bad energy. Really awesome one :)
If someone see some bad entities, then they can just try to breath out all their negative energy or increase their positive energy.
Increasing our positive energy will get us into higher energy Astral Realms. The entities resides only in lower energy levels, nothing scary in higher energy levels, only pure positive energy and a complete bliss ;)
This will surely help :)
Thanks Praveen. I can't take the credit. Long before I ever tried to have lucid dreams I spent some time interested in meditation. This was a technique from then that would always get me in a calm place. It just seemed to be appropriate to do when I would start out attempting a lucid dream. I'm glad it can possibly be of use to people. Even for people simply interested in meditation, it's a good exercise! It's really calming and a good way to get rid of pesky thoughts. I wish I would have thought of it during my bad experiences! I can imagine that it would work well, and I'll keep it in mind if I have an experience like that again seeing as how you can't really do much but breath when you're in a sleep paralysis.
Ya true, we can breath when we are sleep paralyzed. Its called Open mouth exit method or Exit initiator. Its something really like what you said. Calming ourselves by taking some deep breath :)
