Hello, I am new here. When Astral Projection first happen to me I was 18 and it happened out of my will. A part of my body was out and I found an entity sitting next to my bed smiling at me while keeping my hands to his hand. The Vibrations were very high and buzzing was almost about to kill me. I felt my face was deforming (which I think my Astral body was coming out) and because I didn't know anything about it and specially that person next to me I was fighting it hardly to not to let it happen. Later at that day till middle of the day my face still was not in the right place though in the mirror was in the same place but I was feeling it deformed and it got into the palce gradually. Ever since this has been happening to me ( I am 36 now) I get easily into sleep paralysis till half of my body out without any effort (it is just something I think I am natural at) but I can't go beyond that point becuz of that entity. because my first ever experience was in the presence of this entity I can't go on with the rest of OOBE. Not to mention that I have seen this entity in my real physical life and had physical encounters and touching with him in real physical world too as well as in my dreams I have been seeing these beings coming around me some friendly some not and also been asked by other beings to join their world and if I chose to I shall never go back to where I was which I rejected. Now What do I do? Thanks

Welcome to the forum, Naturally astral projecting is really good, you are probably blessed. High vibrations and buzz is more common, but at first time it will be always a strange thing. Let me come to the entities which you are encountering, while you are in vibrations and half out, try to initiate the conversation with those entities, ask like what they are in need from you. Tell them that you are uncomfortable see them all. Request them that you don't want to see them until you are need.

Hi Praveen and thank you for your reply. I know exactly what he wants. He talks through telepathy. He wants to have sex which definitely I don't and I have rejected each time. I believe I am not ready for astral project right now as I think I have to balance my chakras first and raise up my energy level in order to be able to handle anything. I believe astral project is not something that many websites are promoting such as just go to the mall and do shopping and come back home. This is a serious matter and anybody trying it must be ready for it and know exactly what he is doing. I believe it is very wrong if an amateur tends to do this even though if he is capable of doing it. We must know what are the dangers and how to handle any situations. Thank you again.
