DidbI pop my Astral Projection Cherry?

Hello Everyone, I am new to this board obviously, but let me share my experience I had this morning at 825am.

This morning I was feeling the sleep paralysis kick in, so if I don't feel like Having it, I usually get up and use the restroom to change my patterns, but this morning after I used the restroom I was like what the hell I will try it out. Normally I get scared, but not today. When I closed my and I could hear some weird whispering and talking on my ear, but I ignored it since I read on a book that nothing could harm me. I started first by feeling my head and chest float up and since I was sleeping on my right side, as I was floating, I turned and look at my feet and noticed they where still in so I stood up and, bam, I was out, I can fully consciously walk around my house, but it kind of felt like an alternate reality as a couple of things where different in my house and  I chosw my body to be a lean muscular body; that felt like it was me. my vision was like seeing through a very light brownish tint color (like if Ibwas wearing light tinted brown glasses.) Throught the whole thibg I was fully conscious and I could decide on where to walk around and It seemed way more real than a lucid dream. So then what I read on my book, if I wanted to return to my body, all I had to do was think about it and bam, I was inside my body and slowly opened my eyes. Wow thaf was amazing. What's the verdict? Lucid dream or astral projection? Keep in mind that I floated outside my body and returned by thinking about it which is what supposedly what you can do during astral projection.
