Hello,I'm a fifteen year old girl who is really into lucid dreams, astral projection, crystal healing, etc. And as a child I remember having dreams where I could fly, I could move around my home and my yard, watch my parents, and more. I also had dreams where I could wake myself up, or change the circumstances in the dream, is this normal? or is this spititual? if so, what is it called? -AJ
Did I have an OBE as a child, or was it simply a dream?

Hello, It depends on how you take it. For me, It does look like you were having OBE from your childhood if I compare it with my childhood days, as far as I have seen, many people would have had OBE, lucid dreaming or a lot of nightmares in their childhood, Others who have curiosity and dedications, they achieve all these over the time.
I would say, even dreams are part of expanded consciousness, so even if you think you are just dreaming, you are most of the times out of the body, but your level of consciousness at that stage makes everything look dreamy.
These abilities are not normal, I would say it's a gift of some kind, use it for the purpose of good
