Did i astral project?

So I just made this account because I'm confused on what happened last night. So I know what astral projection is ive always been fascinated by it but I also have a fear of demons due to being sensitive as a kid. So last night I spent the night at my friends house. I fell asleep and dreamed of a girl( I'm bisexual) and she was hot so we were about to hook up and then I got the feeling she was evil and her face never changed she was still hot but she started grinning and threw me across the room then everything goes black. I wake up and everything is blurry I can't really see I try to move and I can't. I tried to see for a minute until my vision focused I realized I was floating and I looked down and saw myself. I was floating over myself. I realized I was astral projecting I think. I looked around and didn't see any demons which was my fear and also I've NEVER attempted to astral project so idk how this happen, was that girl I saw a demon who tried to pull me out of my body or just a dumb dream? So next I closed my eyes and just prayed to go back into my body and I did I woke up and I woke my friend up and I saw a blonde girl in the corner lauging (not the same girl from the dream) and I yell at my friend to turn on the light and run downstairs. Then I wake up again, turns out I wasn't awake. I woke my friend up again screaming. Again, I woke up I was dreaming. Then I was stuck in a loop. I kept waking up my friend in fear just to find out I was dreaming. Finally I woke up in the morning for real and I was terrified. I asked my friend if I woke her up at all last night she said no. So now I'm wondering what the hell that was. Can someone give me insight. Did I astral project or just have a nightmare that I was astral projecting
