Hi, i am new to astral projection.. after many unsuccessful tries finally something strange happened, last afternoon i went to sleep, i had a normal dream, when i was dreaming i felt conscious, at that time i felt some vibrations in my body too, i realised i could get out of my body, during exit process i felt some inflammation on the upper part right from forehead to neck.. somehow i managed to get out.. but i realised my eyes were closed, i tried to open my eyes but i could not.. it was dark everywhere.. am i in the right track or it is just a dream ? Please help me
Hi Mr. Praveen, thanks for replying.. I did not used any technique because intentionally i did not practiced. As i mentioned earlier during dream i felt conscious, i just felt i can escape. but after exit it was dark (as someone feels or sees when eyes are closed)
