Astral Projection or what?

I'm a practicing witch and I was trying to go to the underworld which is basically a sinking feeling down depper and deeper but instead I feel these mild shocks in my body every few minutes then all of a sudden I felt it all over my body and I was being pulled up away from my physical body into the air.

At first I only came to the ceiling and came back down into my body but I was curious so i tried over and over again until something happened. The first thing I remember was being pulled out of my body to my left like I were on a table and there there was a presence in the room with me. he pushed my body out the window and next thing I know I'm floating amoung 100's of other body's like mine covered my a white sheet and the thing lifts the sheet up and I see it's ugly face but it's blurry. I was kinda scared like had I been taken but then I was in my body again. I'm not sure what this was about and it still kinda worries me what were all of those bodies doing there I had a erie feeling about it all because then I was outside my body looking at the whole scene and it was disturbing.

I went in and out of it a few more times and had a few more experiences but then I had to wake up. I felt kind of worn out after. So what do you think it meant? I was also in a city and someone told me to look for my boyfriend who wasn't my current real life boyfriend but I never got to find him.
