Astral projection or lsd flashback?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and I think that I just had my first astral projection last night. I have never tried to have an astral projection before, neither have I read about it before. But last night when I was sleeping, I felt a really strange feeling (exactly like lsd) and a weird vibrating sensation. I thought I was having an lsd flashback and tried telling my boyfriend, but suddenly I felt a stong vibration in my head and heard a big boom. It felt exactly like a lsd trip. The atmosphere, the feeling in my body was identical to my previous trips. My entire room had an orange tint, which gave it a creepy vibe. And then I began hearing a demonic, childlike laughing. Of course, I was scared shitless, closed my eyes, and began thinking about waking up. The vibrations in my body got less intense, then stopped altogether. I opened my eyes and realized that i was dreaming. I’m a pretty experienced user of psychedelic drugs, never had bad trips before. I read about flashbacks, but something still doesn’t seem right. I read that this might be astral projection, but I’m not sure. In the past, I’ve had paranormal experiences (example: when I was 7, I had a dream about my grandmother’s death. She had a heart attack died that same day). Anyways, I’m a little freaked out and need some help. Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
