Accidental Projections

TLDR SYNOPSIS: IS IT POSSIBLE TO ASTRO PROJECT ACCIDENTLY DURING DEEP DEEP SLEEP?

Hello all, I was wondering if Astro projections are possible during deep deep sleep. I ask this because my partner swears that he only feels an unknown/ghostly/paranormal presence when I'm asleep. He always hears people walking around the house or gets the cold spots/goosebumps feelings when I'm zonked out cold. I am someone who totally believes in the paranormal, being by experience growing up in an extremely old house that was haunted. I never feel anything paranormal whatsoever in my house. My partner made the correlation of only experiencing paranormal stuff last night when I was dead asleep in bed while he was up on the couch. He heard someone coming down the stairs, and as it frightened him and made all his hairs stand up, he thought it sounded like me walking. As he is someone who is very open minded and spirited, he thinks that since I'm so free spirited and being someone "trapped" in this physical world, that I let my soul leave my body while I sleep. Was just wondering if this is possible, as since he brought this up to me, I can recall times that I have done this but just thought I was dreaming. Thanks everyone!

Interesting. Deep sleep is one of the most appropriate times to astral project, since the mind and body are deeply relaxed.As a matter of fact,most people unconsciously project while sleeping.Sometimes you'll go to places, other times your soul will just float above the body.

Now for your question, it's not entirely impossible that you're the one who your partner is hearing around the house, but it's unlikely.For usually when one is in the astral, one can't be seen, much less affect the physical plane (ex. moving an object) I suppose it's because you would need a considerable amount of energy, I'm not quite sure.

But like I said, it's not impossible, if you have a strong connection with each other and he's somewhat sensitive, then it could be it, since you mentioned that you've done that but thought it was a dream. If it's not the case, then your house might be haunted :0

We do have a strong connection. I was wondering if I should try astrol projection on purpose?

Astral projection is always a good idea, you should definetely try, this way you'll be able to see for yourself if it's you roaming around. You should encourage your partner too, since you have a strong connection, you should be able to be at the same frequency easily , which means you can have some fun in the astral together
