2 white figures injured me and it hurt afterward

Hi so i was involuntarily astral projecting for like the 6th time and i liked it i could go anywhere i want but after the 6th time i tried it i never ever did it again. This is what happened. I was projecting for the 6th time as usual and i'm on a mountain and i see 2 white figures then they come up to me and and hit me. they kept hitting me in a rhythm one by one and it almost felt like i was dying. after i said i will stop fearing i will survive and i got back to my body but with consequences. My body hurt sooooo much i went to the doctors and they had no clue why it would hurt we even took x rays. it scared me way too much and im never doing it again. I also read that your silver cord that keeps you tethered could break and that's what i think those 2 white angel like figures were doing to me. i just don't know why angels or white light would do that i thought dark smokey light was demonic and white was good. is this dangerous. please help. let me know what happened. (i will update you in 2 days when i try it again)
