What is Meditation ?

Meditation is a personal spiritual experience , In which the person trains his/her mind to realize their potential and to get benefited with it. The desired purpose of practicing the meditation is to channel the consciousness into a positive direction by training one's mind. The mediation is mainly involved to concentrate on one's inner self and awakening the inner self to the spiritual world.

The most important thing in my opinion is letting go and developing your own experience. I believe meditation can be self-defined. Try not to worry yourself over bothersome thoughts either when meditating, just acknowledge it and continue becoming one with consciousness.
