Sorry.  Yes, the post is great (they all are)...but I was referring to michvs's comment on his experience with meditation.  Confusion!  ;)

As you can see, he didn't return to the site after posting the single post. I think he didn't even return to read these replies :P
As of my assumption: He is just trying to say that he had an OBE through mediation. He practiced Reiki, but he couldn't see any progress with the Reiki :)

Then as you said, I don't feel the sleep paralysis sometimes. coz, Its not a necessary step for AP. Even without SP, you can have AP easily :)

Projecting through Meditation needs lot more concentration and dedication towards it. So I couldn't try it coz of my work pressure. So I felt that AP is much more easier thing to practice(really easy, when compared to projection through Meditation).

AP is just 10-20% when compared to Projection though Meditation :)
So if your are projecting through meditation, then keep trying with that. keep trying to attain even more higher energy planes. There are many planes above Astral Plane. Try to attain it :)

Yes!  I was projecting through meditation I suppose.  That is what I'm trying so desperately to get back!  Maybe it's the desperation that's holding me back.  I'm just totally blocked in that regard.  It was when I would experience the sleep paralysis when just simply laying down...I didn't know what it was...that's when I said "no more", and stopped.  Now I really wish I hadn't because I get very little in the way of lucidity...and never through actually trying to do it.  And I DID notice a huge difference in the clarity of the experiences.  After I started doing this I'd also have these same types of experiences that I read here...waking up and just slipping into a lucid state when I'd go back to bed...sometimes it had the clarity and sometimes it was muddled....or knowing I was dreaming and get lucid...I had all of these without trying when the meditation started but it was always muddled even when I had control.  It was only the meditation that was an experience with total control and peace and things were so clear then.  I wish I knew why it isn't woking!
