this guy doesn't have the intent on selling his stuff he tells you the truth. He begins with stories but if you wan you can skip to the end to find the real secret. Meditation actually made sense to me. The third part is golden secret.

meditation must be a art. So, it has some myths. I found one great article on the web where is presented 7 myth of meditation. I think that will be very helpful for you.
