The usual question that people start to ask at the beginning is "How to have a Lucid Dreams", because when people read some of the experiences of the people who have experienced the Lucid Dream, They starts asking "How to have a Lucid Dreams". So I'm gonna help you people with some of the steps to Answer your question "How to have a lucid dreams".

Here are some of the steps to achieve Lucid Dreaming & answer for your question ' How to have a Lucid Dreams ' Hope you people will like it & Achieve Lucid Dreaming.

Step 1 : In Daytime ask yourself repeatedly "Am I dreaming?" and perform some reality checks whenever you remember. With practice, if it happens enough, you will automatically remember it during your dreams and do it.

Step 2 : Keep a dream journal beside your bed. This is the most important step to achieve lucid dreaming. Keep it close by your bed when you go to sleep, and write in it immediately after wake. Or its good to keep a recording device if you find it easier to repeat your dream out loud. This helps you recognize your common dream elements (people from your past, specific places, etc.), and also tells yourself that you are serious about remembering your dreams! It will help you to recognize things that are unique to your dreams. You will be able to recognize your own "dream signs." These will be recurring things or events that you may notice in your dreams.

Step 3 : Find out your best time to have a Lucid Dreams. By being aware of your personal sleep cycle, you can rearrange your sleep pattern to help induce Lucid Dreams.
Step 4 : Try to utilize Mnemonic Induction Of Lucid Dreaming

Step 5: Try to utilize another Technique WBTB (Wake Back To Bed). This is the most ever successful technique.

Step 6: Try attempting the WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) Technique. Basic meaning is that when you fall asleep you carry your awareness from when you were awake directly into REM sleep and you start out as a lucid dream.

Step 7: Immerse yourself in the subject of lucid dreaming. For example, you can look on Lucid Dreaming websites, watch movies with lucid dreaming (eg. Waking Life Step 8: Try writing "Awake" on your palm. Every time when you notice "Awake" try to do some of the Reality Checks, so that if you notice the same in your dream you will get Lucid.

Step 9: Prolonging your Lucidity by spinning your body or falling backwards in the dream and rubbing your hands. Spinning your body takes you to the different location, rubbing your hands lets you stay in lucid for long time, Looking to the ground or to the surround will also let you stay for more time.

Step 10: Be Pro-active about your Dream. Have some goals in mind and try to accomplish it.

Step 11: Listen to Binaural Beats. Binaural Beats are used to induce lucid dreams, and many assure this method improves the success rate. Theoretically, listening to Binaural Beats lowers brain frequencies, triggering different effects such as relaxation and dream induction. Search for Theta - Binaural beats, as they use the same brainwave frequency used in dreams. You may also hear Alpha & Beta too, these two help in Relaxation & falling into non-REM Sleep easily.

Step 12: Read You Previous Dreams in Dream Journal, This helps a lot to notice some of the dream elements that is different from reality, By reading the previous dreams will let you know some repeating Dream-Signs, So you can easily identify this dream-sign in you dream which lets you go Lucid.
