Alright i woke up and then not move at all .. Then i started hearing this very loud buzzing noise then i heard my maid talking
But i couldnt hear cuz of the buzzing
Tgen my head ( actually my upper body ) moved alone then the buzzing sound wrnt and my maid with a strange voice shouted
ALI CLOSE THE DOOR
I was going to pee my self
Then after all the sensations went i was afraid to open my eyes . Then i tried talking
But i had no voice like its only breathing
I tried shouting i coudnt
... Soo whats that experience .. I had this one time before
Is it a lucid dream
What was that

Yes, It actually happens because of lack in concentration.
I feel, you must concentrate more on it when you get into that point :)
