What to Visualize during Astral Projection

What to visualize for Astral Projection ?

Today morning I woke up and went again for sleep and for Astral Projection. I observed today that Visualizing some fast things will help you to get astral projection easily :)

Long back, I started visualizing a black bird flying very speed, I started following that bird which I visualized, sometimes I missed it, again I started to visualize the same bird and again started to visualize. Finally I got into the dream like tearing a curtain and getting into the room.

Today, I started visualizing something like, I was standing in a Railway Station platform and visualizing a train passing by at very high speed, I missed it, again started visualizing another train passing at very high speed, again I missed it. Again I started to visualize the train. This time I got into the train(visualized that I got into a fast train). So suddenly I started getting vibrations then I astral Projected :)

So I hope If we visualize something moving very fast, then we get vibrations easily :)
So try visualization.

Examples to Visualize:

  1. Train passing by at very high speed.
  2. A bird flying at high speed.
  3. A car or some vehicle moving at high speed.

Whatever you visualize, don't forget to follow it, until you catch it ;)

I knew I was not the only one here mentioning this lol! I do this a lot and it works really well, I shall try these ones you mentioned, I usually visualize myself flying through a city or a forest at a very great speed, but it does not always work, so if these ones work then that would be awesome :) And funnily about what you said about following what goes very fast, a few weeks back I was visualizing of a flying car in the sky, and it was going very fast and I was following it, and it worked well to get the vibrations.

We should follow something which is going very fast :)
And I'm happy to see that some one with the same experience, so I feel that this trick will work perfect :)

Sebastian, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

There is something I need a bit of help on though, when I do get the vibrations through this way, they are usually quite weak, the good thing is with this is that it happens to me whenever I really want to get them, usually takes 15 minutes, but yea they feel weaker in comparison to when I get vibrations through other yet similar ways, are stronger vibrations much better to have, or is there still a chance to leave your body when you get weaker vibrations?

Ya, Even I observed this today morning. Ya its pretty weak. But I hope if we start practicing this daily then it may get stronger :)
So, if we use this technique and use some stabilization technique then we have the more chances  :)

Sebastian, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I seem to be able to do it only once a day right now, ah yes now there was one thing I needed to ask, in case this helps me to be able to do it a second time, when the vibrations end, even when I fail, my body feels allot different, for example I cant feel my hands, I felt so light, almost floating, even though this is my physical body, like a physical aftereffect from the vibrations, now I must ask, when I am in this state, is it good not to get out of bed, which ends it, or should I remain in this state? Because is this state good to be able to trigger the vibrations a second time and perhaps leave my body, because I have not tried this yet, whenever the vibrations end, and if I fail, I usually get out of bed, sometimes will go back to bed, but then have to start again to get into this really relaxed position.

It can be done as of my morning's experience :)
I had vibrations and and got out of my body and Its over, then again I felt the floating sensation and then I thought of giving a second try and I got success, but the vibrations are not good as the first one, it was very weak and I couldn't even get out of my home, I projected till the door and sucked back and woke :)

It works :)

I am usually always floating around, like I can see myself floating across my ceiling, but I cant seem to control anything I do, does this mean I am still in the process of leaving my body, or did I manage to leave my body?

I think you have managed to leave your body, but you need a bit practice to control yourself. Even now sometimes I cannot control something I do. So keep practicing and keep on practicing :)
