Well, answer for this is, I don't use a single technique :)
Whatever technique I use, It works perfect for 5 days to 1 week, after a week that technique will not work for me.
So I will start searching new techniques. Right now I'm using Enraged Master's Devastation technique :)

You started the thread so, even you should mention your technique here ;)

well, i usually lay down flat on my back and close my eyes. them i relax every part of my body by noticing which muscles are tense. I kinda forget about my breathing so it doesnt keep my body awake. my body usually gets half asleep, then either wakes back up (or half of it does) or i get the urge to move. If my body half way wakes up it wont go any further in to sleep, so i just roll over and go to bed. If i get the urge to mov, i just ignore it and dont move because i know sleep paralysis is coming on. I usually wait until sleep paralysis kicks in, but it never does. That is as far as i have gotten in the past year i have been trying...  :-\

Well & good so far, Do it this way.
Just lay down in a comfortable position, concentrate on your breath, count your breath. Try to visualize something or just stare at the blackness behind your eyes.
I hope you have read the Enraged Masters - Devastation Technique :)

Ummmm, look , when you visual something you will keep your mind busy , counting keeps,it busy , there are alot of things to keep your mine busy , but all you need to do is concenerate on one thing so you dont sleep and it will work! , oh one more thing , did you know why you are not achieving it! Because you are failing on last step! Look what you are saying! (( i just roll over and go to bed )) , it means you are on your final step for the paralysis , this is why you move, yes i admit it myself even i fail on ignoring this step sometimes! , but if you dont learn to ignore it then you will never progress :)

The reason i roll over is because my body halfway wakes back up. Then, it takes the same amount of time to get it to fall back asleep
