Vibrationss

Posted over 11 years ago , by The Chosen One1179

So sorry for the 2 redundant titles one after another, but I am really curious. As you know, I have had strong vibrations along time ago but one question eludes me: do you just relax and increase sleep paralysis and wait for vibrations or do you have to will them to happen? I know every time i got vibrations somehow my third eye was involved in the process.

Any answers? Can't find a straightforward answer of how to get vibrations, meaning I can only attempt projection once every blue moon.

Never mind, You can start any number of posts.

The key to sleep paralysis is staying calm and still, you shouldn't move any of your body part and you have to wait until you get into body asleep mind awake state, until that you must concentrate on to stay awake your mind. Once done, you are into sleep paralysis state, go on, use some exit methods and fly out :)

Thanks for the reply Praveen. I have recently committed myself to doing something I am fortunate enough to know for a fact that it is real, and I think it is only a matter of time before I finally exit my body.

Anyways, I know the basic gist of how to do it it's just that vibrations are the only thing that eludes me.... I'm curious as to whether there is some mental command you have to give with your mind to start vibrations like turning the key to a car.

I could easily get this to happen in a month if I got up early every morning, but unfortunately I'm a sophomore in college and I have a roommate this year. (Last year is when I consciously induced the vibrations at night, once was by accident I woke up and was vibrating).

When I was in middle school I would wake up at 5 am then catch the bus at 7 am everyday and take a nap on the bus. I had to be careful, however, not to actually fall asleep so I would know when I got to school. Now I realized this is the best time for both astral projecting and lucid dreaming. This summer I'll get up every morning lol.

Sorry for thinking out loud, but like I said, I'm determined to do this. It seems way to cool to forget about...

Hi TheChosenOne,

You can try the techniques in devastation posts and sticky posts, if you are not getting any vibrations, Just start with Lucid dreaming.
Lucid dreaming is simple, you can just keep track your daily dreams in a journal or something, start practising reality checks.
You can start lucid dreaming in just 2 or 3 days, its seriously simple. Once you are comfortable with lucid dreaming, you will automatically frequently encounter sleep paralysis. At that time you can simply try one of the Astral Projection Exit method to exit from your body :)

Praveen

Echo, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

The first couple times I woke up to vibrations, I didn't really know what to do next. The first time I projected, I rolled out and stood next to my bed. Having no prior experience, I thought I was literally just standing there, so I actually got back into bed and went to sleep.

If you're body is vibrating, try one of the techniques..rolling out was easiest for me to master when I first started because I could easily imagine the sensation of rolling out of bed or off the couch. Later I mastered floating out by imagining the sensation of jumping off a swing.

If you do get out..just get as far away from your body as possible, even if it feels like you're awake (you can assess the situation better once you are away from your body)

Actually, if you don't get too far away from your body, you can experience getting Sucked back in. Nothing is more assuring then being at the front door one second and being under the covers in your bed the next.

Also you said you've woken up with vibrations...those are the real deal. Don't confuse sleep paralysis for the little tingles you get when you are in relaxed meditations.

Hope this helps :)

I just saw that a word I used got censored. I was talking about suction..

Also, making sure you're getting enough sleep, interrupting sleep patterns and just constantly thinking about projection, prepares the mind and body for it. Maybe other people can expand on this, but I think knowing how long the sleep cycles take, and waking up before REM cycle can help. Generally, it takes about an hour and a half for the entire cycle to be competed..but you want to interrupt before REM, but I can't remember how long the cycle is minus REM. REM=sleep paralysis. If you deny you're body of REM, (like wake up for an hour or so, then go back to sleep)  you can achieve sleep paralysis before your mind becomes totally unconscious. Remember, everyone goes into SP, every single night..they just aren't conscious for it.

Mind awake, body asleep ;)

Thanks for the info Echo, We must firstly know how we sleep and our sleep patterns, Once done everything go easy.

And the censored word is fixed ;)
