I built my own float tank and I have been using it for about 2 months now and still have not had my first AP. starting to get a little frustrated. I feel I have been in the perfect zone many times and have not been able to get out. it is quite easy to get to the body completely dissolved state. which feels reeeeeeally coooool. yet I no success. my visualizaton skills suck bad. I guess that is just part of the problem? how do you know if you have a situation where you did get out but you just cant remember it?
what techniques are their that don't rely on visualization.
robert bruce says that getting to the perfect state is only 10% getting out is only another 10% and remembering it when you get back is 80% of the difficulty
