Please Help!!!

I believe I am astral projecting in big places and everyone can see me. How do I stop?! For example my brother is a football coach and I am terrified that I am astral projecting my face on the football field and everyone can see me and its incredibly embarrassing. Is this possible and how do I stop? Please its torture
