New technique that i learned!

Hehe , nice trys , but everyone works with the best technique he have , for example , your technique i find it hard for me , instead of breathing from your mouth i feel it WAY easier , thanks for sharing anyways :)

Really a Nice technique, Nice find friend.
There is nothing like universal technique in Astral Projection. Everyone should find their own technique.
My technique may work or may not work for you and you technique may work or may not work for me. But if you have found one for yourself, It works for you perfectly than any other technique :)

You have found one which works for you. The techniques is really good that you will be surrounded by a very huge positive energy where you can stay out for longer.

You got a point Praven, The rolling method which my friend teach me , dont really worked for me i was like rolling but in reality i was really rolling in physical body HAHAHA ;D ;D

Also i bought a Eyepatch to avoid negative thoughts during SP  ;D ;)

Ya, Because when I started practicing the Astral Projection. I came across something called Rope Technique. But When I tried using it, The rope was bundled to the ceiling and I couldn't reach it too(Bad Imagination :P ). So I don't try that technique :)

Eye patch is really useful, coz when you are sleep paralyzed. If your eyes are slightly opened, You see some objects in your room which may make you get scared. So Its good to wear eye patch.
