New astral projecting technique

Posted almost 13 years ago , by Ftisme

Helios everyone while searching the web I found a great astal projection technique and thought it might help beginners like myself, and give I new technique to the advanced projectors, basically you lie down or get in a comfy position (lying down works best for this technique) and all you have to do is get comfy and don't move at all (try not to move your eyes) after you don't move for awhile you will have an extreme urge to move, and I mean EXTREME, but do not move!!!! eventually you will feal very heavy and can easily leave your body what is happening is your body is asking "hey mind you awake if you are move" if you ingore this then your body will think that your mind is a sleep so it will go to sleep, but your mind is still awake thus state is known as mind awake body asleep allowing you to go astral,Etheric, or even lucid it's an all around trick
Ps. Sry for the grammar im 16 and in an iPod please leave a comment it would be much appriciated, sry forgot about periods

Thanks for the post, that's what I do each time, until I get a numbness sensation and feel like I have 2 bodies, one heavy and relaxed and one light and numb, but nothing happens after that :/
