Is this AP, being a seer, or something else?

For some reason I need to label my experience and I am hoping someone here has heard of something like this. I do not leave my body. It feels more like I expand, like my spirit swells out but at the same time I have total control of my body. While I am in this state, I can SEE. I can communicate with non humans. At times it feels like this world (flesh) is just shadow and the spiritual realm is far more solid. When I do this around other people I can see their... parasites. Religion would call them djinn or demons. In truth, they are merely corruption. Twisted. Nameless. When I see them, they realize I am seeing them. At first they are surprised and many times they panic. There have been a few that did not panic and spoke to me through their host. They speak in half truths and I always come away with more questions than answers. Also in this state I seem to be able to reach into the heavens with my thoughts. I have had communication with something called elohim. It felt like a council of multiple beings that were somehow the same. IDK how else to explain it. It is truly beyond words. Can anyone tell me what this expansion of spirit is called? Is it a 3rd eye thing or am I projecting in some form? I have a feeling it might be a mix of the two. Or neither. My expansions are rare and I can mostly control it now. Although when it started I had no control and was baffled and rather scared as I did not mean to do it. Lastly I'd like to say, I am not insane. I do not hear voices or hallucinate. I am a college educated teacher but if I told people the things I have seen, they would likely lock me up. Please if anyone has any info, I would greatly appreciate it. I am very alone in this. Other than the djinn and elohim anyway. ( Sorry so long )
