In need of help :(

Hello forumforastral :) , I'm seeking some aid with the astral projection, and I found that you guys could give me some help :)
I've been trying to project myself (after I've read quite some stuff and found Enraged Master's thread) but I seem I can't reach the stage where I could exit my body (or did I?)
I'm just lying straight and followed all the instructions (with only the swallowing problem to interrupt my concentration), I felt my hands fading away, and my legs doing the same thing (from time to time my body was sending signals to my legs but I didn't focused on that, I didn't move) and relaxed, waited.
But it seems I can't seem to feel the moment when I could get out.  I'm a curious type of guy and would like to ask you if you could tell me (the ones who managed it) the exact experience you felt, what did you do, and what did you feel right before you jumped out :).

P.S. :I had one more question but I forgot. Could I find someone or something that could inspire me in real life? I'm a guitarist and found myself that I no longer have the same inspiration like I had when I started singing, I mean, there's nothing that satisfies me when I sing something, I'm looking for something/someone that could open my view about this :)

Well, if you are practicing Enraged master's technique you must feel the vibrations.
If you are feeling that your hands & legs fading away. Just wait for little more time. You must feel them heavy. Heavy like someone is sitting on top of you. When you feel that, try testing some movement free reality checks, like try to feel yourself even more heavy, if you can feel more heavier, just try to visualize you room. If this happens you are ready to use the movement free exit techniques to exit your consciousness out from your physical body :)

Thanks :) I will try again , and again until I finally manage it ^_^.
But I've got one more question, I don't know if I should relax the eyes, and let them defocus (with the eyes closed), or focus them on the eyelids...If I let them defocus I may fall asleep, and if I focus them when I feel like I'm falling asleep, I get a bit scared (just reflex from the brain, not really scary) and loose my concentration...

EDIT : I finally managed to focus enough to feel myself flying, but I couldn't visualise anything, and when I did, I just simply woke up after an hour feeling like I slept (with a minor headache and feeling light headed)
I feel like I'm not doing something right, I was constantly defocusing and couldn't maintain one image. I'll try tonight again, I feel a bit sad because I couldn't do it, I know I was close...I felt it.

Hey there is nothing to feel sad, feeling sad will reduce your interest. Instead just think, I haven't done this time & I will do it next time surely.
The main things in spirituality teaches us is to be patience & to not loose hope :)
So, just try, try, try again. You will surely get into it. There are many people who are trying from years with no results. You are lucky in that case :)

There is a technique for this, Its called random visualization. Don't just visualize on one thing, just let go and try to visualize whatever it comes.
Well, but if you get a cube while visualizing just try to visualize it for a little more time, if not just move on to another, if you are visualizing a dog in a road corner, just visualize it. do not worry about anything, just go on visualizing whatever you get. so finally you will reach a place where you enter into your visualization like entering into a room :)
