I got stuck in between sleep paraysis and astral projecting.

Posted over 9 years ago , by Eli Hood

My name is Eli, i am a new member of the forum, after reading some techniques on how to astral project while sleep paralysis, i decided to take in the recommendations into account, and i figured i sign up and become a member of the forum, because i feel like i can connect with so much more people who are like minded. But anyway, let's talk about how you can easily get into sleep paralysis, and this is kind of weird to be giving a tutorial when im still asking for help, but here it goes.

How to get into sleep paralysis

1) Go to sleep without the intention of falling into sleep paralysis, so i think 5-6 hours of sleep is fine, wake up and walk around do something to stimulate your consciousness, stay awake for about 30min - hour.

2) Go back to sleep, and you should enter sleep paralysis.

Thats wraps up my little tutorial on how to get into sleep paralysis.

Now, i want to highlight an experience that happen to me this evening.

My halfway astral projection failed attempt

**

I went to bed like around 7am and woke up at 5pm (long sleep but woke up in some intervals, and it was a rainy day so whatever)

I woke up at 5pm, i ate some oatmeal, and did some "busy work". So at 7pm i wanted to meditate with the intention of silencing my mind. So i found a binaural beat video on youtube (i will link in this post afterwards). It was 8 hours long, so i put on my headphones and began to meditate, 15-30 minutes in, i got so relaxed i layed down and continued to meditate, now this is where it gets weird. I'm meditating laying down, focusing on my breath, and then i realize all of sudden im not awake anymore, im in sleep paralysis, and the funny thing about that was that i know it was going to happen, because if you read my sleep paralysis guide above thats usually what going to happen if you get to much sleep. So here i am in sleep paralysis, i cant move, and my eyes are open this time, i see no shadows or figures, just me paralyzed. Keep in mind, i can still hear the isoronic binaural beat during this sleep paralysis. This is where it gets weirder.

I started to think to myself, okay eli, this is the perfect time to astral project, listen to what the dude on the forumforastral said, as follows:

"When the next time you suffer from the paralysis, when you can't move, before the seizure like shaking starts, try just sitting up. that's all you have to do. Just try to sit up and it will work. To stop it, just try to move your pinky or little toe. Also, you may have experience the feeling of your legs being pulled up at an angle. If you have, just let go, say OK and you will be pulled out of your body smoothly with no effort of your own. Then just say the name of the person you want to see and you will be there seconds later." -calamity.

I tried to sit up, and i almost got half way up, it felt like i was 1000 pounds to get up, and i fell back down on my back, and i was like F***, now what. I'm in sleep paralysis, my mouth was so dry, i though i was going to die, if i didn't water it. so i started to touch my tongue to lubricate my throat. And i could move my hands this time, but i couldn't move my head or the rest of my body, which was weird. I was stuck, all i can see is the darkness in my room, it felt like i was here forever. Then after some time, i closed my eyes to get out of it, i transitioned into a dream, then i woke up to think that im astral traveling, but i was actually getting out my bed in reality.

Wierd Experience, but here are my questions.

How do you astral project in sleep paralysis ?

How do you approach shadows or not be afraid of them if you happen to seem them ?

Here is the binarual beat
