Herbs

I just bought an oz of calea zacatechichi which is called the dream herb. I don't want to use it as a crutch or anything, but I'm such a deep sleeper, and it supposedly helps keep you from sleeping too deeply.

I plan on smoking some after five or six hours of regular sleep.

Anyone have any experiences with this herb? I will certainly update my own experiences with it.
