Help me I really need to learn to astral project

I feel that I'm lost bc ik that anythings possible and I'm just here in this world That no one understands I'm only 16 and I don't know why I feel lost so when I learned of astral travel I just had to do it but I need help to do that so could someone one on this site help me ?
