I've run into a problem with Flouride in water. I hear it makes it almost impossible to AP and I really want to. I'm a teen so I can't really just go out and buy an expensive water filter for my house so what do I do.

It is common in lot of places that fluoride is mixed in water and also in toothpaste. It just hinders the opening of third eye. But if you try a bit, you don't have to worry much. You can Astral Project even with calcinated pineal gland. Just go ahead and try out some techniques, you should be doing it fine.
