I relax, bring awareness to behind eyes, feel vibrations, floating sates where my body is a distant memory, hypnogia, mini dreams flash in and out of mind, I am deeply relaxed, then I start a technique (eg rope) and I become more aware of my body and bed, the vibrations stop, i am less relaxed, analitical thoughts pop up, it becomes vry labourious. I up to 2 hours climbing a rope but feel like I get further from projecting, much further than before I started the technique. Any help?
