Dream-like Projection?

Posted almost 12 years ago , by Layla Love

Hello all  :)

About a week ago, I was sleeping and caught myself just as I was waking up...so I thought, why not try to project? I then did the 'Roll out' technique and I felt myself actually hit the floor...the only problem is, It felt like I was in a dream. I could see out of my eyes, and actually feel my bedroom floor (I was on my hands and knees)..I could hear the shower running (Someone was in there I know), and then my mom called me and I woke up. Was this an Astral Projection? Or just a Lucid dream?

Well... it can be a lucid dream as projecting, for example you are dreaming that you are laying and rolling out, it also can be a mirrored dream, those dreams for example when your parents are fighting and their noice is big you find them fighting in dream too, also when shower beth voice is heard alot in your ears you will simply dream about your room and someone is showering, But it could may be an AP, i cant judge :)

LaylaLove, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Thanks for your answer Salah. I know for certain that someone was in there, because my mom was in there when she called me. I'm thinking maybe it was a lucid dream :P

Whatever it may be, just enjoy the journey.
When you are lucid dreaming, if you raising your consciousness, you will get into astral plane without even knowing that you are in astral plane.

Lucid dreaming, dream, astral projection are just the level of consciousness. It completely depends on your awareness of your surroundings. So never worry that you are lucid dreaming and not in astral plane.

You maybe in dream, if your consciousness s more then you will get lucid. If you raise your consciousness even more, then you will get into astral plane.

So, always enjoy your journey :-)
