I was wondering if a friend could project, and then you could be coaxed from your body by a friend while you are trying to project? I mean, it sounds like it could work..
Yes, It will work :)
So, If your friend has already projected, he can help you project too, if you asleep and dreaming.
If your friend is awake and you are sleeping, you can tell your friend to check your eyes often, If your eyes starts moving random. Then tell him speak "you are dreaming" in your ears slowly :)

Look guys , ears are never shut down durning sleeping! Today i was having around 12 hours of sleep because i was heavily entirely tired! While i was sleeping i kept hearing bomb ticking inside my dream and when i woke up , i found my brother playing shooting games and he was throwing the bomb and it had the same voice :) , ears are never shut for your entire life untill you die :)
