is it easy or is it hard, because from i use to is side position and when im ready to project i just have to roll to middle
Yes you can but the sleep paralysis chance will be incredibly low because the side positions isint making the body relaxes alot.
Hi :)
Ya it may. Use any position which helps you relax more.
I usually sleep in a free faller position keeping my head inside the pillow :P
Which works for me with almost 80% success rate :)

Hahahahaha :D , i liked it when you said my face inside the pillow :D , first thing i though of is how did he breath :p , anyways , sleeping on your back and your body is totslly straight have got bigger chances of sleep paralysis , also you know that fearing something makes it happens no? , did you know that fearing that you will have an SP will increase your chance highly? :)
LoL, ya I keep my head under the pillow :P
Breathing ?? Air can pass anywhere :P
I usually try many techniques, One technique will not work for me more than few times :)
Ya, Fearing will help a lot, But sometimes it really bad technique. We may end up in sleep paralysis with a nightmare, where some bad entities standing and hurting you. So I don't try that technique.
In my childhood I used to get scared even if I'm sleeping with my parents. So I used to get some nightmare and I used to get sleep paralysis and the horrible thing is I couldn't able to shout or scream also :)
