Through lucid dreams , yes :) , its that moment when you have lucid or any nightmare , and you know that you are in dream , so you try to get the hell out of the dream by forcing your mind to get you out , this point , this sitatuin exactly is how you so it to get into sleep paralysis through dream

almos, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

It is not necessary to enter sleep paralysis prior to projecting the consciousness, although it is advisable to enter a hypnagogic (near-sleep) state before attempting to project. An exercise I'm using of late is a form of self-hypnosis, and involves counting breath up to the count of one hundred (breathe in: one, breath out: one, breathe in: two, breathe out: two etc.) Once I reach the count of hundred I revert back to the count of one, until I notice hypnagogic imagery or very relaxed, "random" thought patterns. Then I know I'm in - or nearing - the hypnagogic state.

Also, it is advisable to perform your attempts in the early hours of the morning, when you woke up from sleep. This is the time when chances of performing a succesful projection double.

Its alot easier to lucid drem. Master that. As soon as you get lucid dreams yu can start projecting. How? While in a lucid dream run as fast as you can in one direction. Automatic astral peojection.

I have found over the years and through my own experiences that there are MANY confusing elements to learning Astral Projection that makes the process harder and more confusing than it actually is.

I'll start off easy here...
First, what I've found is that what humans commonly refer to as "dreaming" doesn't actually exist.  We don't "dream", perse... what we do at night is project.  Anytime you experience a reality/environment which you identify as NOT being this physical reality, it's a "projection".  Even if you notice this fact after the experience.

All non-physical experiences are "projections".  Dreams... lucid dreams... astral projections... out of body experiences... remote viewing... they're ALL projections.
What differentiates these experiences is how consciously aware you are DURING them.

If you're experiencing the non-physical and don't know it, then you're having a "Non-physical Dream Awareness Experience".
If you're experiencing the non-physical and you DO realize it, yet you still don't really have knowledge of who or what you truly are (aka human, asleep in a bed), then you're having what I call a "Non-physical Lucid Awareness Experience".
If you're experiencing the non-physical and you DO realize it, *AND* you have the same kind of waking awareness that you do know in that you know fully who you are and what you are... then that's what I call a "Non-physical Astral Awareness Experience".

Basically... I've found that projections aren't something you "do".  Projections are a state of mind you "are".  This means that you don't have an astral projection... it means that you're astrally aware while in the non-physical.

Everyone always tells me that all these supposedly different experiences all "feel" completely and wildly different.  Well yes, they do... and it's entirely because of how aware you are.  It's like waking up in the morning and feeling all groggy and cloudy... and compare that to how you feel late afternoon.  Through these two points during the day, they feel COMPLETELY different, yet nobody questions that they're awake and aware, right?  :)

Well, it's the same for our non-physical experiences.  And just to toss you another loop, I theorize that this physical reality is really nothing more than a more stable non-physical reality!  It's more stable due to the many consciousnesses who currently are experiencing and creating it (namely US!).

Neat, eh?  :)

If you want to read more about this, I have a free 60+ page PDF eBook on my website you can download.  It's in the link at the post at the top of the page.  You can get to my site from my sig or just ask.

Exactly what you said.
Antony long back posted the same concept long back, which is here:

"In truth, lucid dreaming and astral projection are only two ways of gaining access to the realms of the astral. Lucid dreamers simply miss the conscious out-of-the-body (OOBE) experience."
